The fabric itself has no stretch but there is shirring in the bust. Use your bust and waist measurements to choose you size and if you are in between then size down. 

Skirt length from waist seam to hem is 89cm for sizes XS-M, and 91cm from L-6XL

Yasmin is 5.6ft and wears size small, Sade is 5.7ft and wears XL
